Please note that orders placed on Phonevala.com must be shipped to the provided address. If a courier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Refund Policy for Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders: Refunds will not be issued for RTO (returned-to-origin) orders. You may request re-shipping with updated address and contact details. Upon receiving the new information, we will reship your order on the next working day.

Return and Replacement Policy

Phonevala offers a replacement guarantee for products that arrive damaged or defective. To request a replacement:

  2. We will provide you with the return address for shipping the item back.
  3. Once we receive the item, we will dispatch a replacement.

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been incorrectly ordered by the customer.

  2. Eligible Conditions for Free Replacement/Refund:
    • The item is missing parts or accessories, as confirmed by the unboxing video.
    • The item received differs from the description on the product detail page on Phonevala.com.
    • The item is defective or not functioning properly, and proof must be provided via the unboxing video.
